Allergy Menu Specialists, was formed when
Rodney Fife, C.E.O. and founder got frustrated. His wife, Chaton, has
Celiac disease and cannot eat gluten. The frustrating scenario of
dining out with this condition leads to grilling the wait staff due to
concerns of personal safety. After one incident in which he had to
rush his wife to the hospital he decided there had to be a better way.
The idea struck him that he could instruct restaurants on how to serve
