We offer two books to help you with Celiac disease and casein allergy.

Our cookbook "Don't Feed Me - Gluten-free, Dairy-free Cooking" is an excellent tool if you are new to the gluten-free, casein-free lifestyle. It describes the gluten-free flours, explains cross-contamination and offers 120 easy recipes from breakfast to breads, main meals to sweets.

Our children's book "I Can't Eat Your Treats - a kid's guide to gluten-free, casein-free eating" was written by 12-year old author Morgan Paulsen. The story of Aivah, who has Celiac disease and a casein allergy, is easy for children to understand. Morgan explains why Aivah needs to eat "special" food and what happens to her when she eats the wrong foods. It is an excellent teaching and learning tool with full-color photographs, information for parents about Celiac disease, casein-allergy, cross-contamination and 10 kid-friendly recipes.
